Why is your website Shop-Complex.com instead of ShopComplex.co?
We originally launched with ShopComplex.co because the .com was unavailable at a reasonable price. Now, we’re excited to officially use Shop-Complex.com as our home base!

Do you have a physical store?
Not yet! Right now, we’re focused on growing our online store and community. A physical location may be in the cards someday.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. All orders are shipped from Illinois unless noted otherwise.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We’ll notify you via email if there are any delays. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx—whichever offers the best option for you.

Can I track my order?
Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
We run free shipping promos from time to time—follow us on social or sign up for emails to stay in the loop!

What if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?
We’re not responsible for packages once they leave our hands, but we’ll always do what we can to help. If your order is damaged, email info@shopcomplex.co within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the issue.

Do you sell sealed products?

Returns & Issues

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, please email us at info@shopcomplex.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue—we’ll make it right.

Our goal is to provide great service and leave our customers happy. If there’s ever a problem, we’ll work hard to find a solution.

What is a pre-order?

When will my pre-order ship?
Estimated dates are listed on the product page. If there are delays, we’ll keep you informed.

Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations. All sales are final—please double-check before placing your order.
