Returns & Refunds
General Merchandise
(Geek gear, apparel, accessories, and non-TCG items)
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Exchanges may be offered for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability.
TCG Merchandise
(Pokémon Cards & Trading Card Game Products)
🚨 All Sales Final – No Returns or Cancellations 🚨
Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon cards and other TCG products, all sealed TCG merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed.
We also do not accept cancellations on TCG orders, so please be sure before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@shopcomplex.co within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue and do our best to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or store credit. (Note: Refunds do not apply to TCG items.)
